Rider Biomechanics - DIAMOND
Service Description
This is the most extensive RR Biomechanics package. The sessions start with us learning about the simulator, allowing us to become familiar with how it works and feels. This is then followed by a full rider assessment, which is completed using the Racewood assessment screen, after this, a video assessment is done using special rider biomechanics software. We then go in depth through the analysis and complete a body awareness assessment, learning and understanding our body and all areas of strengths and weaknesses and how this could affect our horses. After we work specifically and in detail on areas that may need improvement, learning exercises that can help and improve the ridden position. Riders will also receive access to the RR App and be able to access some exercises here. Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your booking will be held for 24 hours pre payment. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only provide refunds if your session can be filled and will hold waiting lists in case of cancellations. Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to the risk of serious injury, your coach urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any exercise or training program. You agree that by participating in these physical exercise sessions or personal training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury. You expressly agree to release and discharge your coach, from any and all claims or causes of action.
