£260.00 (*£65.00 per session) The 4 Week Mindset Course on Dave the Mechanical Horse is a transformative program designed to help riders overcome mental blocks and negative past experiences. Using the mechanical horse as a dynamic training tool, this course guides you through targeted mindset exercises, visualisation techniques, and real-time feedback to build confidence and resilience. Over four weeks, you’ll learn to let go of limiting beliefs, develop a positive riding mindset, and improve your overall performance both in and out of the saddle. This is a 4-week course that will include: Week 1 - Meet Katie and Dave - Discuss any mindset issues Week 2 - Confidence Building and Brain overriding Week 3 - Becoming a stronger, more capable rider in the saddle Week 4 - Goal Setting & Moving Forward **This is a rough guide on what we do each week and may vary according to the rider's specific needs. *Please select the start date for booking now - this will be your initial assessment. Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your booking will be held for 24 hours pre payment. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only provide refunds if your session can be filled and will hold waiting lists in case of cancellations. Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to the risk of serious injury, your coach urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any exercise or training program. You agree that by participating in these physical exercise sessions or personal training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury. You expressly agree to release and discharge your coach, from any and all claims or causes of action.
